My staff will work with you to create your own comfortable, individualized repayment plan. No other office will work as hard to bill and collect your insurance, and coordinate your benefits, including flex spending.
We also accept most major credit cards, work with all insurance plans, and participate with Care Credit. Learn more about Care Credit.
Discounts
The best compliment we can receive is your referral. When you bring additional family members for treatment, you can enjoy increasing family courtesies on full treatment fees.
Bookkeeping courtesies are also offered for payments in full.
What your Treatment Fee includes
Complimentary Services: After hours care, mouthguards while you are in treatment, all correspondence to you and your dental team.
Full Treatment: Pre-Treatment, Progress, and Final Records; Diagnosis and Treatment planning; delivery of new appliances; all adjustments; interim and final removable retainers; routine retainer checks for life!
Phase I Treatment: Pre-Treatment, Progress, and Final Records; Diagnosis and Treatment planning; delivery of new appliances; all observation visits, including X-rays until you are ready for full treatment.
We don't like surprises, and strive to anticipate all expenses upfront. However, additional charges can be applied towards repair or replacement of appliances or retainers, or the placement of a different type of retainer.
