Our treatment fees are very competitive with other quality orthodontic offices, and are determined by the severity of the original bite problem. We never charge fees for broken appointments, or missed/late appointments. We never charge additional fees if you need to be seen after office hours for an emergency. Please call our office for your initial exam, where a treatment plan and financial arrangement can be developed for you. Our exams are complimentary!
For your convenience, we offer several repayment options, tailored for your personal budget. Our financial and insurance coordinators are available to answer your questions, explain payment options, and help you with insurance claims.

• We offer flexible, in-office financing with no service or interest charges.
• Family courtesies are extended as a ‘Thank You' to those families who have had multiple members under our care.
• A bookkeeping courtesy is extended for payment in full at the onset of treatment.
• We are happy to submit your insurance claim form and we accept payment from your insurance company. You can be assured that there is only one fee schedule in our office; we do not charge more for those who have insurance as a benefit. Click here for 'Frequently Asked Questions.

• The Financial/Insurance Form. This form allows our office to confirm your existing insurance benefits. Should this information change, please notify our office so that we may update our information and make any necessary adjustments to your account.
• Electronic Payment Form. This form offers you the greatest convenience in today's fast-paced times. Simply bring in the necessary information, and let our office set up this plan for you!
• Charge Card Form. This form authorizes us to charge your monthly balance on either a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. Let us know which card you prefer. A combination of these cards may be used.
